A partir de uma fotografia onde se via Peggy Ashcroft (1907-1991), o pintor Walter Sickert (1860-1942) criou a sua Variations on Peggy. Os tons são pós-modernos, o quadro nem por isso. A madeira e os bosques podem ser rosa. Veneza também. Imagino que sim, nunca lá fui.
